Abstract

The bachelor’s work is discoursing mutual operation of three basic functions of ponds and lakes in the Czech Republic. These free functions, water-economic, landscape-creating and fish-keeping are connected through in such a degree, that it isn’t easy to provide borders of their mutual penetration. I would like to refer to an influence of ponds and lakes on the life of a man in those three mentioned different levels. The part of the work is also a picture supplement.
