Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of supplier relations in a particular company. The theoretical part focuses on the general concept of logistics and related definitions, objectives, costs and expected trends in this discipline. It is defined by purchasing logistics, purchasing and characterization of the concept are given the problematic purchase of logistics activities. The work also mentions the evaluation of supplier performance and some selected techniques used to evaluate the business partners. The practical part in the introductory part deals with the characteristics of greiner assistec Ltd., describes the purchase of the enterprise and the current rating system vendors in the enterprise. The aim is to assess the current rating system suppliers in the organization and selection of the best supplier with the selected methods. For the analysis of a certain group of trading partners is applied ABC method.
