Abstract

This thesis deals with the family house of standard passive. This issue is devoted a substantial part of my work – proposal the house, proposal individual arrangements cooled building structure with solutions to critical details in building construction, but also a proposal based on the method of heating energy requirements for passive houses. My thesis focuses complete technical assessment of the thermal with evaluation about energy performance of buildings. Also I deal with complete energy technical assessment of thermal packaging design of the building including Appraisal of building energy demanding. Also important part of my thesis is plumbing too. All these components form an integrated documentation for implementation of the project.
