Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for the development of training and integration of employees in DB Cargo Czechia, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part is devoted to a brief theoretical introduction to the development of employee training and integration. The second part characterizes the company DB Cargo Czechia, s.r.o., which performs rail transport. This part continues with a research analysis, which aimed to assess the current state of the development of employee training and integration in the company. For this purpose, a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey was used. Based on the results, a proposal and recommendations were written.
