Abstract

The goal of this thesis is identify the hazards, which one may be exposed employees at the company JATKA - KURKA s.r.o and prepare the analysis of health risks associated with the slaughter production. Identify the most serious health hazard situation, the most serious risks and evaluate their severity and influence on health of employees. Then propose the best possible protection measures. The work is aimed at protecting the health of employees, so it will not solve problems of risk from the perspective the environment, damages to property or company reputation.
