Abstract
The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive solving of photovoltaic power plant construction, with total installed power capacity of 0,6 MW, and conditions of its connection to distribution network.
In the first part, there are types of photovoltaic power plants, their principles of changing solar energy to electric energy and general description of their technology.
The second part deals with protection against lightning and overvoltage caused by it. There are listed legislation, adjustment of damage depending on different factors, general list of protection against lightning and overvoltage.
The third part contains theoretical description of influence of negative-sequence component in distribution network and possibilities of its elimination. This influence is unwnated and cause considerable problems in the network , which are described bellow.
The fourth part focuses on contemporary legislation which deals with connection of photovoltaic sources and subsidy programs for renewable sources of energy. The conditions for connection are given by Rules for distribution network management, based on the law n. 458/2000 Sb. The main program to support savings and renewable sources utilization in the 2012 is the program EFEKT.
The next part gives a comprehensive solving of photovoltaic power plant construction in the area of Horní Moštěnice, Přerov district. There are particular specifications for high voltage and low voltage and prope technical solving. Each part contains used technologies and pronciples.
The last part deals with capital appreciation of the investment in a new photovoltaic powreplant with 20 year lifespan. In the total capital appreciation, there are considered many different parametrs. The expected return of investment is 17 years, considering conteporary purchase price and 80 % bank loan.
