Kvalita vody vodní nádrže Žermanice

Abstract

This Master thesis is focused on the analysis of water quality in the water reservoir Zermanice and also in the head-pond situated at watercourse Retnik which is the sinistral inflow into the Zermanice reservoir. First part describes the thesis physico-chemical properties of water in the reservoirs; the basic parameters which are essential for water quality evaluation are defined. Next part of this work represents nutriet cycling of the eutrophisated water reservoir and it targets the two significant elements which affect the water quality – phosphorus and nitrogen. Another part of the thesis examines the investigated locations; implemented water samplings are described and consequently they are analytically determined. All the acquired data are elaborated in tables and graphs. The records are evaluated at the conclusion of the thesis.
