Abstract

The goal of this thesis is the evaluation process of cancellation and termination of Registered Company, interpretation of the current legislation of cancellation and termination, and notice of the future changes in regulation cancellation and termination of the Registered Company valid from 1. 1. 2014. In this thesis are used methods of analysis and synthesis. The first part defines the basic information related to the cancellation and termination of Registered Company and reasons for cancellation and termination of Registred Company. The second part is about cancellation of the Registered Company dismissal of a bankruptcy petition for the lack of assets. Further detail's of the specific reasons for cancellation of registered companies. The third part deals with cancellation of registered company by liquidation. Each part is devoted to contemporary painting adjustment according to the Commercial Code, as well as future changes. It is also pointed to a number changes resulting from the new Civil Code and from the Corporations Law.
