Vyhodnocení efektů vzdělávání manažerů ve firmě Caterpillar

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnocení efektů vzdělávání manažerů ve firmě Caterpillar. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. Ve druhé kapitole se práce věnuje teoretickým východiskům vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve firmě. Třetí kapitola je věnována vzdělávání ve firmě Caterpillar. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na měření efektů vzdělávání ve firmě Caterpillar. V této kapitole je popsána metodologie vyhodnocovaného vzdělávacího kurzu a také jsou zde popsány použité metody výzkumu. V páté kapitole je provedena analýza a vyhodnocení dat z šetření. Na základě této analýzy a vyhodnocení jsou firmě podány vlastní návrhy a doporučení.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluation of the effects of managers education in the Caterpillar firm. The work is divided into seven chapters. In the second chapter is focused on theoretical bases education and development of employees in the firm. The third chapter is devoted to education in the Caterpillar firm. The fourth chapter focuses on measuring the effects of education in the Caterpillar firm. This chapter describes the methodology evaluated educational course and is described research methods. In the fifth chapter is an analysis and evaluation of data from the survey. Based on this analysis and evaluation of the firm submitted its own proposals and recommendations.
