Abstract
This master's thesis called: "Suggestion of the System of Selection Procedure of the Truck Transport Supplier in Conditions of MS UTILITIES & SERVICES a.s.“ aims to design optimal system of Selection Procedure for Truck Transport Supplier in Conditions of MS UTILITIES & SERVICES a.s. In theoretical part is described process of outsourcing, process of truck transport and defined methods of multicriteria decisions and decision analysis. Practical part is focusing to application of described methods, implementation of the proposed system and test verify the effectiveness of the proposed system.
