Analýza mobbingu ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis titled "Analysis of mobbing in the selected organization" aims to determine the incidence of mobbing and to draft provisions within the company RPM Service sro. In the theoretical part, we defined the basic concepts related to bullying, mobbing and other undesirable behaviors in the organization. In the practical part we focused on the specific problems of mobbing in the company RPM service a.s. Through a questionnaire survey we conducted an analysis of the issue. Based on these conducted quantitative research, we found that in the company, these signs of mobbing occur in a small extent. Based on the information we have proposed provisions aimed primarily at preventing harassment and other forms of unwanted behavior in a given society.
