Podnikatelský záměr - zprovoznění agropenzionu Chmelinec

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má za cíl zpracovat podnikatelský záměr nově vznikajícího agropenzionu Chmelinec se zaměřením především na ekonomickou analýzu jeho provozu. Teoretická část práce analyzuje trh, konkurenci, nabízené služby a rovněž řeší poptávku na daném trhu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je prezentována ekonomickou analýzou nákladů a výnosů agropenzionu Chmelinec.

My bachelor thesis aims to prepare a business plan of the emerging Agropenzion Chmelinec focusing primarily on the economic analysis of its operation. The theoretical part of my thesis analyzes the market, the competition, the offered services and also addresses the demand on the market. The practical part of this work is presented by the economic analysis of costs and revenues belonging to the Agropenzion Chmelinec.
