Abstract

The diploma thesis solves the concept of light USAR team including its air transport. The first chapter deals with the definition of humanitarian aid and its implementation by international organizations and in the Czech Republic. The second chapter characterizes USAR teams, their involvement in extraordinary events, information about the INSARAG group and states analysis of extraordinary events and possibilities of deploying USAR teams. The third chapter presents proposal of the light USAR team concept, both for intervention at national and international level. Part of the chapter is an analysis of team air transportation options and its solution proposal.
