My diploma thesis is focused on the processing of project documentation in the scope for the implementation of construction according to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment no. 405/2017 Coll. about documentation of buildings [1]. The cultural center with the municipal office is located in the village of Porúbka, in the district of Žilina, as a separate four-story building with one underground floor and three receding floors. The building is roofed with single-layer green roofs, while the roofing is complemented by a counter green roof above the main hall. The first part contains the technical report with drawing documentation of the cultural center with the municipal office. The second part contains the thermotechnical assessment of the perimeter structures, then the energy label of the building envelope, and the last part is devoted to the static calculation of the reinforced concrete monolithic column.
