Využití a vývoj finančních derivátů v České republice

Abstract

This thesis is about questions of finance derivatives on capital markets. The first part is clarifying the principal and the sorts of each derivates and also looks into their possible devision and the posibility of use. The next part discusses the capital market. The following part is about the development of derivatives from their origin until the present. Then this thesis attends to todays development of derivative operations within the stock-market as well as outside of the stock-market and a recapitulation of their status in the Czech Republic. The closing part is devoted to the meaning of derivates in the Czech Republic.
