Abstract

The title of my bachelor thesis is: The analysis of consumer behaviour on the market cosmetic products. The aim was to find out, analyse and evaluate factors affecting consumers purchase behaviors of skin cosmetics products made by Avon and Oriflame. In the next part are mentioned teoretical experiencies. The practical part of this thesis was focused on preparation, implementation and evaluaton of this research done by questionnaire
