Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on the bacterial microorganisms which are a living component of mine water created by mining activities. The ecosystem of mine water is characterised by high concentration of ions (〖SO〗_4^(2-), 〖Fe〗^(2+), 〖Fe〗^(3+), Mn), low organic matter content, extreme pH values and also by variety of many other anorganic substances, such as toxic metal. Hydrogeological circumstances show specific signs of authochtonal bacterial diversity, which surely includes number of microorganisms that have not been studied yet.
