Bydlení pro seniory – Rohatec

Abstract

Cílem této práce je návrh domova s pečovatelskou službou v obci Rohatec, který je zaměřen především na ubytování osob starších šedesáti pěti let. Dále jsou řešeny přilehlé plochy, jako jsou komunikace pro pěší, příjezdová komunikace, parkoviště a návrh oddechové zóny. Bylo získáno určité množství podkladů o daném území, obci a problematice sociálních služeb tamní lokality, díky čemu bylo možné vypracovat rozbor stávajícího stavu území. Rozsah bakalářské práce odpovídá architektonicko – urbanistické studii, přičemž textová a výkresová část respektuje základní požadavky vyhlášky č. 503/2006 sb. a to obsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby (příloha č. 4 k vyhlášce č. 503/2006 sb.). Bylo dbáno na splnění všech požadavků na funkčnost, účelnost, estetiku a efektivní využití řešené plochy.

The aim of this assignment is to design the nursing home in Rohatec, which is primarily focused on the accommodation for persons over sixty-five years. Also dealt with are adjacent areas such as pavement, driveway, parking in this work and leisure zone is designed too. Certain amount of documentation was obtained about the area, community and social services issues of the neighborhood in order to prepare an analysis of the current state of the area. The scope of the thesis corresponds with architectural - urban studies. Text and drawing part respect the basic requirements of Decree No. 503/2006 Coll. and the content of the dossier for application for a decision on the location of the building (Annex 4 to Regulation No. 503/2006 Coll.). Care was taken to meet all the requirements for functionality, practicality, aesthetics and effective utilization area.
