Abstract

ZAJAC, Marek. Apartment building – sanitary and technical installations with heat recovery from wastewater Ostrava, 2025. Diploma thesis, VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Building Engineering. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the Apartment building in Frýdek-Místek This project is divided into two main parts: the architectural and construction part and the building technical equipment part. The documentation is prepared to the extent necessary for the construction. The architectural and construction part contains a proposal for the overall building solution of the building in accordance with applicable standards and legislative requirements. The design also takes into account accessibility and barrier-free use of the building. The building is designed as a multi-storey building with a flat roof. The building technical equipment part deals with a comprehensive solution for sanitary and technical installations, in particular the design of the internal water supply and sewage and storm sewers, including the routing and dimensioning of pipes. The emphasis is on efficient energy management, using waste heat from grey water. Rainwater is infiltration on the property. Hot water is prepared using a heat pump in conjunction with a storage tank and a preheating system. The designed installations also include hot water circulation and appropriate safety equipment.
