Anorganické pojivové systémy pro výrobu odstředivě litých válců

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis deals with the possible use of a geopolymer binder in the production of molds of necks of centrifugally casted rolls. The theoretical part deals with the formation of upper and lower necks, in centrifugally casted rolls. Then a brief description of the molding compounds. This is followed by a focus on no-bake mixtures, especially mixtures based on inorganic binders (alkaline silicates and geopolymers). The practical part includes the characteristics of the used sand, the shape and surface of their grains. This is followed by measuring the mechanical properties of the molding mixtures and determining the optimal dosage of binder and hardener. Finally, a comparison of the achieved results achieved and the results directly from the production were carried out.
