Zhodnocení dostupnosti vybraných zdravotních služeb ambulantní péče v Moravskoslezském a Olomouckém kraji

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the availability of health services of primary and specialized care in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the local availability of selected outpatient health services in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc Regions. Firstly, in all districts of both the regions, it is performed an analysis of the network of medical facilities of the selected health insurance company. Afterwards is assessed through spatial analysis the availability of health care in the fields of dentistry, gynecology and obstetrics, cardiology, and rheumatology. Selected areas of health care were divided into three groups according to the travel time set by Government Decree No. 307/2012 Coll., on local and time availability of health services. According to the set parameters, an evaluation of the availability of health care in the territory of all districts of the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions were performed. Based on the performed analysis, it can be stated that the local availability of health care in both evaluated regions was in accordance with the Government Regulation on local and time availability.
