Abstract

Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of control of delegated powers of the state administrativ in terms of the Olomouc region. Its aim is to classify the performance review of municipalities from the region, according to the size of municipalities and identified results of the review are carried out by the Regional Authority of the Olomouc Region with delegated powers for the period 2010-2012. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part will explain the concepts of government, delegated powers and control in public administration. In the practical part of the work is focused on the evaluation of data from the reviews, comparisons across years and characterization of deficiencies found, including a proposal to improve the performance review of municipal finances Regional Authority of the Olomouc region.
