Využití mikroorganismů k bioremediaci textilních odpadních vod

Abstract

The first chapter deals with the characteristics of selected microorganisms. There are basic information of discovery, occurrence and application in practice for Pseudomonas monteilii, Rhodococcus degradans, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus iizukae. The second chapter deals with the experimental part, which contains laboratory materials and instrumentation, culture media and their composition. In the next chapter are described used colors (Yellow 28, Red 80 and Blue 71). In the method of experiment are describes a detailed procedure of work. In the chapter called the Analysis of Samples is described a principle of UV/VIS absorption spectrophotometry. Classification of experimental results is a key part of the thesis and it's determined a decrease of volume of all three dyes. Results of absorbance measurement are arranged in the table and are shown in the graphs. Finally, the results are discussed. The results are discussed at the end of this work.
