Analýza bodových závad na vytipovaných pozemních komunikacích v Ostravě a okolí

Abstract

The theme of the thesis is to analyse the point deficiencies, specifically the safety inspection carried out on the site in Ostrava on the streets from the intersection of ul. Bílovecká x ul. Nad Porubkou x ul. Polanecká to the roundabout at Svinov railway station. The second location is Kapitána Jasioka Street in Havířov - Prostřední Suchá. This safety inspection is based on a personal inspection of these locations and subsequent risk classification. For each identified risk, a measure is proposed to reduce or eliminate the identified deficiencies. Although an analysis of traffic accidents is carried out as part of the work, this information is only supplementary to the area in question. The main result is an assessment of the risks and the economic cost of eliminating safety deficiencies.
