Sociální výdaje vybraných měst v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is evaluation of social costs in the cities with similar population in the Moravian-Silesian Region for period 2011-2012. The very first part of this thesis is addressed to demarcation of social politics, operations of township in such a politics, description of social services and their financing. In the second part costs of every city are being analyzed. In the solution was used analysis of social costs, which led to comparison whether the cities spend the same amount of finances or not. Through method of analysis of social costs in relationship to their partial regions and method of sociodemographic analysis correlating to social costs, it is possible to find out which factors are effecting the difference in amount of social costs in particular cities. The result of the research shows that greatest effects are unemployment, holders of severe health disability card, birth rate and death rate.
