Abstract

Diplomová práce se na 32 stranách zabývá integrací systémů řízení v těžebním podniku. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska a druhou tvoří empirický průzkum. Diplomová práce potvrdila přínos integrace systémů řízení v oblasti zvýšení podílu na trhu, produktivity a spokojenosti zaměstnanců a snížení nákladů. Obsahuje doporučené přístupy motivující firmy k širšímu a komplexnímu pohledu na vlastní organizaci zejména v oblasti vzdělávání, motivace managerů, médií, dalších průzkumů a legislativních změn.

On the 32 pages this thesis deals with the integration of management systems in the mining business. The first part is theoretical and the second is an empirical survey. Diploma thesis confirmed the benefits of integration of management systems for the increase in market share, increase productivity, reduce costs and employee satisfaction. It contains recommendations for the implementation of approaches to motivate the company to a comprehensive view of their organization, in particular in the fields of education, managers motivation, media, other exploration and legislative changes.
