Psychosociální rizika v provozu s vysokou fluktuací zaměstnanců

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on psychosocial risks in a workplace characterized by high employee turnover, where work is predominantly monotonous. The aim of the study is to identify specific psychosocial risks and to propose measures for mitigating their impacts. The theoretical section addresses the definition of psychosocial risks, their classification, the legislative framework, historical development, and prevention strategies, with particular emphasis on recent research including the 2024 ESENER survey. In the practical section, the working environment of a selected company is analyzed through a questionnaire survey and semi structured interviews. The research findings revealed several critical problem areas—most notably the frequent occurrence of stress, tension, and conflict in the workplace; insufficient communication; low financial remuneration; limited employee involvement in decision making processes; and impaired interpersonal relationships. These factors not only contribute to the deterioration of employees’ mental and physical health but also undermine their motivation and performance, while increasing turnover rates. Based on these insights, concrete measures have been proposed, such as improving communication, revising the remuneration system, establishing a team leader position, supporting mental health, and enhancing the overall work atmosphere. The thesis offers not only an overview of specific psychosocial risks but also practical recommendations that may prove beneficial to other organizations facing similar challenges.
