Abstract

The aim was to find out the level of work experience of the university students and their view of special experience during studies. The theoretical part of the thesis describes problems of labour market. The practical part of this thesis describes the faculty and the exercise posibility of students in the labour market. There is also described the methodology of the thesis, the analysis of the conclusion of the marketing research and the requirements analysis of the labour market. At the end of thesis there are formulated suggestions and recommendations for management of faculty.
