Bezpečnost práce v těžební společnosti

Abstract

Obsahem předložené práce je popsání struktury těžební společnosti z hlediska kategorizace dělnických pozic a rizik s nimi spojenými. V úvodu se práce zabývá pojmem bezpečnosti práce, a co přesně v současnosti tento pojem znamená pro zaměstnavatele. Charakterizuje hornictví jako obecně rizikovou oblast povolání. V další části následuje charakteristika vybrané společnosti. Popisuje její polohu, historii a činnosti dělnických profesí. Práce pokračuje analýzou bezpečnosti práce, vysvětluje podmínky stanovení kategorizace prací a pojem pracovní úraz. Dále jsou v této části práce vyjmenovány povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnanců. Dalším tématem práce je odškodňování pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání. Na závěr byl porovnán počet pracovních úrazů s počtem odchodů pracovníků ze zdravotních důvodů.

The content of this thesis is the description of the structure of the mining company in terms of categorization of laborers and the risks associated with them. In the first part of the thesis deals with the concept of safety and what exactly the term means for employers. Mining is generally characterized as a risk area occupation. The next part is an overview of selected company. It describes the location, history and job descriptions of laborers. The thesis continues the analysis of safety, explains the conditions under which work categorization and concept of work accident. There are in this section of thesis enumerated responsibilities of the employer and employees. Another topic is compensation for work accidents and occupational diseases. In conclusion was compared the number of work accidents with the number of workers leaving for health reasons.
