Sociální, ekonomické a ekologické aspekty revitalizace bytového fondu

Abstract

It is wrong understanding of regeneration of housing stock only as necessity resulting from bad upkeeping. The whole process of housing stock regeneration has an positive influence on many parts of our life, national economy of the Czech Republic, creation of environment etc. At present fall of building industries, mainly in the field of new buildings, represents the programm of housing stock regeneration important oportunity for usage of free capacities and decrease of unemployment. Regeneration of housing stock has even a positive influence on social environment creation, especially it helps to create relationships of inhabitants to their houses and localities, in which these houses are situated. Especially thanks to marked improvement of thermo-technical parms of buildings destined for living it is possible to reach marked heat savings. Thanks to it the expenses are saved, but first of all airborne release is decreasing. By our approach to the regeneration of housing stock we contribute to creation of environment and social environment for next generations.
