Abstract
This work is aimed to analyse the effect of shopping environment on shopping behavior of customers in the store of a mobile operator. The main objective of this work is to explain the effect of factors of shopping environment, music and scent, on a shopping behavior of customers. Data were picked by observing method. Data analysis demonstrated, that music and scent in a store can influence the shopping behavior in positive way, especially time spent by customer in this store.
