Abstract

The topic of the master thesis is a disposition project of the office building. The office building is designed as a separately standing four-floor object. The system of construction is wall with the use of systemic solutions and materials of Wienerberger brand. The capacity of building is supposed to be fifty-eight. The second part of the thesis contains the energy performance of the building, card of energy performance of the building and thermo-technical building requirements. The heating system was designed on the basis of output data. Its source of heat is a biomass boiler. In the third part of the thesis the environmental technology of buildings is detailed. This part solves in detail a design of central heating of object by using of detected values from previous topics.
