Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create systém for the economic and financial analysis of small and medium – sized enterprises. Procedures of financial analysis are presented to development financial analysis of enterprises in the period 2006-2009, that the wishes of the management company and for the purpose of this thesis is called XYZ Ltd. The operational objective of this thesis is lead to certain conclusions the overall economic and financial situation of the above mentioned company. Work was processed under the ESAP Consult Company Ltd. The system was created with the help of software Microsoft office Excel 2007, which was chosen for this thesis as the default.
