Abstract
This Diploma thesis is focused on description of Human Resources duties and its organization as well as on the HR department administration. A huge part of this thesis describes the models of HR Performance Appraisals of Employees at Nemak Czech Republic Ltd. The objective of the diploma thesis is to decrease fluctuation in the trial period in Share Accounting Services Centre. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with motivation process, the most significant motivation theories and evaluation system of employees. The practical part focuses on the integration program in Share Accounting Services Centre and reckons the costs of employees’ enrolment, selection and training. In conclusion changes in integration program are suggested.
For every problem mentioned there is a proposed solution offered. The main objective of this Diploma thesis is to present the HR activities as one of the most important key business operations.
