Abstract

Bc. Malárová Lucie, Diploma thesis: School of interior design, Ostrava. Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of industrial and building construction 225, 2014. Supervisor Ing. Jiří Teslík. The diploma thesis assignment is a project documentation creation. The aim of thesis is a project documentation for building of School of interior design in Ostrava. Project documentation is created based on urban and architectural study provided in advance. Main goal of the school building located near Faculty of Civil Engineering in Ostrava, and mainly its Department of architecture, is to originate a new synergic inspiring environment based on cooperation of students and teachers of both schools. One of the most important ideas of the concept is to build valuable school building, which could fulfil its aesthetic, technic and economic role to make comfortable, inspirational, but also functional environment for student of school and their teachers. Mass of building and its overall expression is design to be fully in accordance with urbane and ecological concept of city part Ostrava – Poruba. Thermal-technical assessment of civil structures and energy label of the building based on the set of the ČSN 730540-2 (2011) standards is also a part of the thesis.
