Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation project funded by the European Union. Specifically, the project is called Training center Tempo. This project involves the construction of training center. Part of the project application is the creation of economic analysis, which also includes indicators of financial analysis. Key passage of this thesis is focused on the preparation of economic analysis and then to evaluate its. In preparing this work methods were used to assess the financial situation project - SWOT analysis, cash flow, financial analysis indicators (average amortization period, net present value, internal rate of return, payback period). Project evaluation in all financial areas received the highest scoring and it was recommended for funding.
