Abstract

Prospectus. The aim of this work was compiled on the basis of technical - economic study of prospectus Hotel U Lyžařky for attracting investors through the acquisition of medium-term loan from the lending bank for the completion of the hotel facilities. Work includes basic terms related to companies, entrepreneurs, and especially the concept of prospectus. Attention is paid to the resources and indicators of financial analysis. Work gives a comprehensive picture of he investment projects and ensuring the construction of a hotel complex and its operations, including the return of the requested loan.
