Abstract

Main goal of this thesis is to design effective marketing communication for a guesthouse with regard to its limited funds and guests preferences. It was necessary to describe surroundings of the guesthouse to define theoretical base of marketing communication and to analyze communication strategy according to specified methodics. In order to gain relevant data this research was realized in form of personal and electronic questionnaire. Acquired data were afterwards used to create suitable marketing communication.
