Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the fetal ECG software simulator. It demonstrates the influence of physiological and pathological changes. FECG fetal electrocardiogram is a source of valuable information that can be used in the hypoxic conditions diagnosis. Based on the analysis of real records, and after studying the methods designed to obtain ECG in clinical practice, there was created fetal ECG simulator using NI LabVIEW development environment. For this purpose, there was used the similarity of individual sections of sinusoidal or triangular waveform. The created signal can be added by using the user interface of physiological and pathological parameters that modify the signal. Changes can be observed and analyzed using the graphical output elements of the user interface. The generated signal can be saved as an Excel document and EDF file. Generator simulates the method of transvaginal, transabdominal and cardiotocography with ST analyzer. The simulator also allows you to import data and its temporal and frequency analysis. The program includes English and Czech translation of the user interface. The simulation results correspond morphologically to the theoretical expectations and try to imitate real records.
