Rekreační kreativní prostor v Poodří, Ostrava

Abstract

The main topic of this thesis is re-generation of natural space of the Ostravice River and cultivation of river's space for physical and mental recreation, physical training, and sport. The system of reallocation of sports into individual groups and their subsequent placement in the area of Ostrava city and more specifically in the area of the Ostravice River was subjectively evaluated based on created categorization of sports in relation to recreation. Principles of solutions for three sport centers - objects were schematically suggested for three selected representatives and one of these subjects was subsequently finalized into architectural design.
