Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of partial project documentation for the construction of a fashion house in the city of Opava, part of the Opava - Předměstí suburbs and the elaboration of architectural details of the facade and individual elements located on the facade. The basis for the elaboration of the documentation was an urban and architectural study from the subject Ateliérová tvorba II under the guidance of Ing. arch. Martin Nedvěd, Ph.D. and documentation for the building permit prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va under the guidance of Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D .. The building consists of 3 floors designed for the design, manufacture and sale of original manufactory production of dresses, inspired by the work of fashion designer Blanka Matragi. The bachelor thesis is divided into text and drawing part. Both parts are processed according to the valid wording of standards, decrees, laws and according to the conditions and scope of the bachelor's thesis assignment.
