Abstract

In my thesis we focus on maintenance of industrial technology mechanisms. We touch the importance of maintenance as the whole. In the following part, we describe a functioning of maintenance, and we go into details of particular preventive controls. The failure of technology causes an economic loss, which is probably connected with extensive damage of mechanism. The real cost together with putting into operation, often exceed immediate cost of preventive controls. The thesis deals with evaluation of mechanism from reliability maximilization point of view. We also outline function of maintenance of industrial mechanisms together with modern trends of maintenance. The aim is, based on input data, to propose an algorithm of arrangements in the field of preventive maintenance, focused on reliability maximilization of mechanisms, and thus increase of efficiency of mechanism.
