Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is proposals for increasing competitiveness in bakery shop. This thesis is worked out in conditions of a middle sized company Pekařství Illík s.r.o. In the first part, there are prepared a theoretical base for competition in services and there is described the company, which is as mentioned above. In the second practical part, there are described methods of marketing research, the results of this research and analysis of present position. In the last part, there are create proposals for increasing competitiveness.
