Abstract
This bachelor thesis is aimed at measuring customer satisfaction with services of the relax and sport centre. The object of the measurement is sport and relax centre of the company TERMO Frýdlant n.O. s.r.o. The main aim of the thesis is to find out if the customers are satisfied or dissatisfied with the services and to suggest the steps leading to the improvement of quality of the services provided by the sport and relax centre. Thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction. The second chapter is devoted to characteristic of company TERMO Frýdlant n.O. s.r.o. In third chapter are described theoretical solutions of the customer satisfaction measurement. It fourth chapter is parsed the methodology of research. In next chapter is carried the analysis of the research out. In sixth chapter are proposals and recommendations and the last chapter is the finish.
