Financování oddílu mládeže v hokejovém klubu HC RT TORAX Poruba

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about financing of Junior Ice-Hockey Team HC RT TORAX Poruba. It analyzes in detail the analysis of incomes and expenses of the club for the financial year. The thesis describes the managerial occupation of the club, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The source of information was interviews with executives and a SWOT analysis of the organization. In the result the work points out the problem-free management of the club, a stable sponsor, which is the city of Ostrava, as well as a wide player base and quality facilities. On the other hand, there is a threat of the presence of large sports teams such as FC Baník Ostrava or HC RIDERA Vítkovice.
