Abstract

JURÁKOVÁ, A.: Analýza stavu a návrh revitalizace vybraných veřejných prostranství v Karviné, Diplomová práce. Ostrava. VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra městského inženýrství, 2021, 53 stran, vedoucí diplomové práce: Ing. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje zpracování analýz širších vztahů, infrastruktury a limit sedmi území města Karviná. Obsahem je i zpracování urbanistických návrhů vybraného území. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – textovou a grafickou dokumentaci. Textová dokumentace sestává z uvedení teoretických východisek, charakterizace všech území a analytické části obsahující průzkum stavu dotčených území. Na základě analýz je vybráno území u obchodního centra Prior a pro něj je zpracována urbanistická studie ve dvou variantách. Jedna z variant je vybrána jako vhodnější a je podrobněji zpracována včetně řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, orientačního propočtu nákladů a vizualizací. Výkresová dokumentace slouží jako podklad a doplnění textové části.

Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. This master’s thesis deals with analysis of broader relations, infrastructure, and the limits of seven territories in Karviná. It also contains proposals of urban designs of the selected areas. This thesis is divided into two parts – text and drawing documentation. The text documentation consists of the listing the theoretical outlets, the characterisation of all the selected areas, and the analytical part which contains the research of current conditions of the areas concerned. Based on the analysis, the area at the Prior shopping centre is then selected and two variants of an urban study are designed. One of the variants is then selected as the more suitable one and is elaborated in more detail, including the traffic and technical infrastructure, indicative cost calculation and visualisation. The drawing documentation serves as a basis and supplement to the text part.
