Zhodnocení managementu a ekonomiky vybrané sportovní organizace

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of management and economics operations of the Rožnov Tennis Club. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts of sports management and the specifics of the economics of non-profit organizations. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of the financial results of the selected club in the period 2021-2025, focusing on the structure of revenues and expenditures. The effectiveness of tournament activities, membership base management, and the youth development system is evaluated. Through a SWOT analysis, the strenghs and weaknesses of the organization are identified. Based on the gathered data, recommendations are formulated to strengthen financial independence, especially in connection with the high costs of winter indoor operations.
