Abstract

This thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing a specialized e-commerce store called Ping-pong profi e-shop s.r.o., which is oriented towards table tennis equipment. The aim of the thesis is to assess the feasibility of this business idea under current market conditions and to analyze factors influencing its success. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and risk assessment. The practical part focuses on the specific business proposal, market and competition analysis, financial plan, and risk identification. PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces model are used to evaluate the external environment. Based on the conducted analyses, it was found that the business plan has the potential to succeed, particularly due to its specialization and professional focus.
