Abstract

The aim of this thesis is market analysis of semifinished products with the intention of continuous casting round steel blooms. The thesis is solved in the conditions of company TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY – MORAVIA STEEL. There is short charasterictics of semifinished products, market, market analyses and benchmarking at the beginning. The following is elaborated market analysis, analysis of competition, Porter´s five forces model, made benchmarking, internal anlaysis of company and SWOT analysis at the end. In the last part are evaluated realized findings and given suggestions how to streamline sale of existing production assortment.
