Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with pharmacokinetics modeling and compilation of functional models. In fact, there are three mathematical models representing actions beginning intravascular drug administration until the elimination from the body. Graphics dependences are outputs of these models, provide a quick idea about behavior of drugs in the body and time period, when is medicine completely eliminated. The main model ilustrates the penetration of drug across biological membrane using the same principles, but the model tells of what happens to take place on biomembranes and its surrounding area. All four pharmacokinetic models are prepared in connection with Matlab and Simulink superstructure. These models are drawn using the appropriate components of library and connected with the programming language Matlab. Graphical GUI window is user control environment, where user insert values for activation of existing models. It was prepared laboratory job presenting the application of pharmacokinetic models during the preparation of this thesis.
